A. Morin Peru Cocoa Powder 100% Tin
These cocoa plantations are located in the center of Peru, in the foothills of the Andes. They are therefore quite hilly and cocoa trees grow under shade plants up to 30 meters high. In these tropical forests, there is sufficient humidity so that there is no need to set up an irrigation system. The majority of plantations have seeded trees. This cocoa is of the Criollo variety.
The post-harvest treatment of the beans is collective: they are harvested by each farmer, then fermentation and drying are carried out jointly. The culture is organic. These beans come from a short circuit, in fact they buy them directly from producers. The powder is pressed and packaged in their workshops in Donzère.
You can incorporate it into milk or water and add sugar to your liking for a chocolate breakfast or use it to prepare your desserts.
