Pump Street Maple Pecan Dark Milk 55% (Seasonal)
The flavors of one of our bakery classics – their Canadian butter tart – shine in this bar; smoky maple syrup, shortcrust pastry, and toasted pecans. It is made with milk chocolate made from bean to bar with beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. To this, they add crisp shortcrust pastry that is ground into the base chocolate for buttery flavor, maple sugar, and small pieces of pecans caramelized with maple sugar and demerara. Perfect for anyone who loves pecan pie, or stacks of pancakes with maple syrup.
